Corporate Planning Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead corporate planning, strategy development, and strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives and growth.
2. Develop corporate and brand strategies to strengthen market positioning and corporate image.
3. Identify new business opportunities, products, and strategic partnerships in insurance and financial services.
4. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to support strategic decisions.
5. Lead digital transformation, business process improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives.
6. Manage Board and committee meetings, ensuring effective corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
7. Coordinate with the OIC and relevant regulatory authorities on licensing and compliance matters.
8. Monitor strategic projects, corporate performance, budgets, and resources, and report to senior management.
9. Lead, coach, and develop the Corporate Planning team and promote cross-functional collaboration.
10. Perform other duties and strategic assignments as assigned by Management.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 5–8 years of experience in Corporate Planning, Business Strategy, Strategic Planning, or Business Development, with experience in team management.
3. Proven experience in corporate strategic planning, business analysis, and business plan development.
4. Strong knowledge and experience in market research, competitive analysis, and business feasibility studies.
5. Experience in Digital Transformation, Business Process Improvement, and Operational Efficiency.
6. Experience in the insurance, financial services, or related industries is preferred.
7. Knowledge of corporate governance, organizational management, and regulations related to the insurance business.
8. Strong strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with the ability to present to senior management.
9. Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
10. Good command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with management, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
11. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
12. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to drive strategic projects and achieve business objectives.
