Recovery Supervisor (Litigation)

• Supervising Litigation Team operations and provide guidance on legal case handling
• Monitor and evaluate OLA performance and case progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Recovery, Auction, Collection, Registration, Legal)
• Coordinate with courts and government agencies for special cases or legal document requests
• Review of legal documents, reports, and assignments
• Prepare monthly evaluation reports for OLA performance and recommend case assignments.
• Enforce corrective actions when OLA violates procedures or impacts the company
• Manage and reallocate team workload efficiently, even during periods of lack of manpower
• Prepare summary reports and case updates for management as requested.
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree or higher Major Law
• At least 5-7 years in legal debt recovery, litigation, or a related field (experience in the financial or auto leasing sector is an advantage)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Must hold a valid lawyer’s license (preferred)
• Knowledge of legal documentation, court procedures, and OLA management
• Knowledge Legal processes in debt recovery and litigation
• Understanding of repossession and auction-related laws
• Familiarity with internal processes between departments (Recovery, Legal, Collection)
• Strong coordination and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple legal cases simultaneously
• Analytical skills for case assessment and report preparation
• Detail-oriented with good judgment in legal document handling
