\u2022\tCoordinate with the Car Auction Team to gather information on auctioned vehicles, units sold, and follow-up status, and use the information to prepare case assignments for Outsource Agents (OAs).
\n\u2022\tPrepare and analyze OA performance data and collection results to evaluate effectiveness before assigning new cases.
\n\u2022\tAssign post-auction debt collection cases to OAs based on internal criteria and ensure all assignments are properly tracked.
\n\u2022\tFollow up with OAs daily to ensure active and continuous collection efforts on assigned cases.
\n\u2022\tVerify daily cash collections received by OAs and inform the Admin Team to proceed with the payment process.
\n\u2022\tPrepare daily summaries of policy refunds (insurance cancellations) and vehicle sales. When a vehicle is sold, notify the Admin Team to record the final settlement.
\n\u2022\tCoordinate with OAs regarding requests for additional debtor information, AL-AR document submissions, invoice preparation, and debt confirmation letters.
\n\u2022\tPrepare daily and monthly operational reports.
\n\u2022\tManage the entire debt sale process from start to finish, including coordination with relevant departments and sourcing and inviting potential bidders to participate in debt auctions to achieve the Company’s sales targets.
\n\u2022\tPerform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Department Manager, Division Head, or Management.<\/p>\n
\u2022\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
\n\u2022\t2\u20135 years of experience in debt collection, debt management, car auction, asset management, or a related field.
\n\u2022\tExperience in coordinating with Outsource Agents (OAs), collection agencies, or external business partners will be an advantage.
\n\u2022\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze collection performance and operational data.
\n\u2022\tGood coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
\n\u2022\tDetail-oriented with strong follow-up and case management skills.
\n\u2022\tGood command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
\n\u2022\tAble to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
