1.\tLead corporate planning, strategy development, and strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives and growth.

\n4.\tConduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to support strategic decisions.
\n5.\tLead digital transformation, business process improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives.
\n6.\tManage Board and committee meetings, ensuring effective corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
\n7.\tCoordinate with the OIC and relevant regulatory authorities on licensing and compliance matters.
\n8.\tMonitor strategic projects, corporate performance, budgets, and resources, and report to senior management.
\n9.\tLead, coach, and develop the Corporate Planning team and promote cross-functional collaboration.
\n10.\tPerform other duties and strategic assignments as assigned by Management.<\/p>\n
1.\tBachelor\u2019s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
\n2.\t5\u20138 years of experience in Corporate Planning, Business Strategy, Strategic Planning, or Business Development, with experience in team management.
\n3.\tProven experience in corporate strategic planning, business analysis, and business plan development.
\n4.\tStrong knowledge and experience in market research, competitive analysis, and business feasibility studies.
\n5.\tExperience in Digital Transformation, Business Process Improvement, and Operational Efficiency.
\n6.\tExperience in the insurance, financial services, or related industries is preferred.
\n7.\tKnowledge of corporate governance, organizational management, and regulations related to the insurance business.
\n8.\tStrong strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with the ability to present to senior management.
\n9.\tStrong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
\n10.\tGood command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with management, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
\n11.\tProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
